Obscure TPP Provision: Corporations Replacing Nations As the Rulers of the Planet

An obscure Trans-Pacific Partnership provision will serve to threaten the very existence of the nation state and replace governmental authority with the power and the whim of the corporation….

When something is secret and kept from you, it is usually very bad for you! As America races toward her date with destiny, there is yet another “fundamentally transforming” event coming her way and that event is known as the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP). The TPP is a plot designed to hand over control of the world’s governments to private corporate interests and it is all being done in secret. Even Congress is not allowed to examine the TPP provisions.

Under the TPP, for example, GMO labels for US food would not be allowed. To make matters worse, there is an obscure portion of the TPP and other trade agreements which is so diabolical, so devastating, that the planet will eventually resemble the movie, Rollerball, in which a small number of corporations will rule the planet.

Many of us in the media believe that some of the effects of the TPP will be felt before the coming war and martial law crackdown. However, after careful analysis, I am convinced that the brunt of the TPP will be felt after the America we know has been totally taken over in a post-war and post-economic collapse scenario. In other words, following World War III, the United Nations, as a body, will be replaced with the United Corporations. At the end of the day, it does not matter when the implementation of the TPP comes, because when it does, America will no longer be recognizable to anyone who has grown up in this once great country. The reason that America will no longer be recognizable is because America will no longer exist because of a key provision contained in the TPP.

Within a few short years, following implementation of the TPP, which will surely grow from the 40% of the world’s population that it will soon control as it will eventually encompass 100% of the planet. The TPP will eliminate all nation states as the ruling authority and it will be supplanted by corporate authority. This will be made possible because of an obscure provision of the TPP known as the Investor State Dispute Settlement (ISDS). ISDS is a key component of the TPP. Unfortunately, for the planet, ISDS principles are being negotiated as I write these words, outside of the TPP, in ongoing trade deals between the United States and the European Union. ISDS allows corporations to sue governments, for any government action (at any level, including local government level) which hinders a corporation’s future profits. Literally, Monsanto could provably be poisoning the entire population of a nation and the nation could do nothing which might result in the loss of profits to Monsanto. This also means that as a private citizen, if you organize a boycott against Monsanto, you could be sued in a foreign court for obstructing Monsanto profits.

If a corporation feels that a government has impeded its ability to maximize profits, a suit is filed, outside the country being sued, and the case will be heard by an arbitration panel of trade lawyers, in a jurisdiction totally of the corporation’s choosing. Under ISDS, the dispute panel may only consider the ‘free trade’ values of the case. No other factors may be considered when deciding the case. This means that these corporate panels must disregard values of public health, civil liberties, environmental protection, or the rights of workers (e.g. working conditions) or any other Constitutionally protected liberties.

ISDS will primarily be enacted through the TPP legal process. However, the corporations, growing impatient with the progress of implementation of the TPP have begun to include ISDS in most trade talks on the planet. This means the end of the nation state as we know it and before you applaud the demise of corrupt governments, consider what we are replacing national governments with….

The Language of Rights and Privileges

Have you noticed how governments want to own your language, so they can more easily manipulate you into giving up your rights and resources?

All Caps Names –

For example, Bob Podolsky is a real person, and has all sorts of natural rights. Yet every single piece of correspondence coming from the BORG such as Bank statements, Drivers Licenses, IRS correspondence, Traffic Tickets has my name in all capital letters. I know these people went to school and learned the same grammar I did. Why is my name is all CAPS? Somehow, BOB PODOLSKY, became a vassal of the state. The argument, the all caps name is not the real person, has been thrown out as frivolous in court, yet there must be a reason why is it done this way.

Right to Travel –

Similarly, I have a right to travel on public roads by riding a conveyance under my control. This is something that human beings have done since the domestication of animals, somehow adding a motor to power it and voilà, the state re-names the conveyance a Motor Vehicle and I am now a Driver. Thus the state converts my “right” into a “privilege” and grants itself the “right” to force me to pay for these privileges by buying a title, a license plate, a driver’s license, and specified insurance. If you don’t fill out forms and pay, this magically grants a ‘right” to an armed group of thugs in costumes to beat you up, put you in a cage, steal your “property” and fine you.

Right to Migrate –

Since time began, humans have had the right to move to wherever they pleased, based on resources, climate, scenery or religious beliefs. That’s how the the American Indians got to the western Hemisphere, Australians and New Zealanders got to Oceania, Caucasians moved to Europe and the Pilgrims got to Plymouth Rock. They didn’t like where they were, and they moved. However the government calls the right to move, a privileged known as “immigration”. If you don’t fill out forms and pay, this magically grants a ‘right” to an armed group of thugs in costumes to beat you up, put you in a cage, steal your “property” and fine you.

Right to Property –

It used to be that a human being had the right to own the land they live on. The Government changed this into a privilege by converting all own-able land into “Real Estate” You acquire the privilege of being a “tenant” on your Government controlled Bank owned land. It is impossible to own it. Want to test that? Stop paying the property tax. If you don’t fill out forms and pay, this magically grants a ‘right” to an armed group of thugs in costumes to beat you up, put you in a cage, steal your “property” and fine you.

….Natural Person –

….Right to Eat –

….About “Authority” –

According to Larken Rose, whose philosophy I much admire, the whole concept of “authority” exists but for one purpose, to fool the public into complying willingly with the demands of a particular class of people who consider themselves our “betters”, our “superiors”, our modern “nobility”, and ultimately our “masters”. In their eyes, the rest of us are of no value to them except as a source of endless plunder – and they are forever inventing new excuses to abuse the rest of us financially, socially, taking away our natural liberties, stealing our property, and enacting violence against us at their will.

While they claim this behavior is necessary in order to “protect the public”, the reality is that this notion is a total fiction, that in fact the real purpose of most of todays laws is merely to excuse the actions of our gargantuan “plunderers league” – who do to the rest of us whatever they want, up to and including killing us, with complete impunity. Surely the governments of the world collectively comprise the biggest, most powerful organized crime syndicate the world has ever known – egged on I suspect by previously existing crime syndicates that joined ranks with them – the Mafia, I believe, being a case in point.

Walk into a courthouse anywhere, and at any rank, and consider that the salaries of everyone working in the building are paid for with plunder – money stolen from ordinary folks in punishment for doing the things we all have a right to do. And their only “authority” for doing this is the fact that someone who supposedly “represents” you, wrote on a piece of paper that they had the “right” to plunder you….

WHAT WOULD FREDERICK DOUGLAS THINK about Black History Month?

….February is recognized as Black History month. In my opinion, it is not securing the results the founders of a month dedicated to Black history had envisioned. I guess it’s biggest impact has been to encourage copycat special interest groups like homosexuals to dominate the month of June, for example. Ironically, the homosexuals plotted themselves within the month of June, which for a very long time was known as the month of weddings between men and women.

Personally I have always loved history. So, as a younger person when my interest in history was blossoming it was readily apparent that I developed a keen interest in how black Americans played a role in American history. I needed to know more than the tired tales of the woeful tragedy of slavery. However it was sometimes a little difficult finding the positive stories about Black American history that prior generations commonly learned about in school. I must credit my Dad for filling me in on numerous fantastic stories about numerous great American icons of history who just happened to be black and made positive impacts upon society. Whether through inventions, innovations, heroic battles in war, great inroads into the business world and even politics.

One of my favorite chapters of American history instructs us on the life and times of Frederick Douglas. He was born a slave in the year 1818. Seventy seven years later, he died of a massive heart attack at his home. During the decades between, Frederick Douglas lived as a sterling example of one who would not settle for the vision or even living standards others felt they had the right to impose upon him. Douglas’s voracious thirst for knowledge led him on an adventurous path that eventually exposed him to the authentic focuses of both Christianity and the United States Constitution.

It solidified his natural God given determination to live, be free and successful in this life. Frederick Douglas did not allow the racism of his era to be an excuse or a reason to live a bitter life of misery and lack. He believed he was great, not in a haughty sense, but in the recognition that he was created a human being meant for greatness, like everybody else. Thus his belief in God and himself helped propel him to become arguably the greatest orator of the nineteenth century….

Black History, Lincoln, and Passed Over Truth

Well, this month black history is supposed to be celebrated and memorialized. So is Abraham Lincoln’s birthday. Ironic that the two come together in the same month. I notice that during black history month the activities of Martin Luther King are recalled and celebrated, but little is ever said about the accomplishments of people like Booker T. Washington or George Washington Carver. This is in error, unless the real agenda for this month is to promote the civil rights movement instead of showcasing the accomplishments of blacks that really accomplished something worthwhile as Washington and Carver did.

And then there is Lincoln’s birthday. Mr. Lincoln has been promoted as the one who freed the slaves (which he didn’t) and anyone who has read the normal “history” books in the last hundred years will be led to champion him as the “great emancipator” (which he wasn’t). He is portrayed as a great friend to black people (which he wasn’t). He is portrayed is one who believed in and promoted the equality of the blacks to whites (which he didn’t). To find out where Lincoln stood on that issue you need to check out the Lincoln Douglas Debates–the first complete unexpurgated text–published by Harper Perennial in 1993. Particularly you want to check out pages 61, 63, 189, 283, and 284.

Even after you have done that you will run across people who will blithely inform you that, when he died, Lincoln’s view of blacks had “matured” and that he didn’t feel that way anymore. Horse feathers! Lincoln’s view of blacks changed little and, again, contrary to what some will tell you he had not given up on the idea of deporting the freed slaves to some other country or countries that would have them. Interestingly enough, one of the promoters of the Emancipation Proclamation was Robert Dale Owen, well-known socialist and free thinker. Donnie Kennedy and I noted this in Lincoln’s Marxists on page 41. We stated: “…Owen’s personal letter to Lincoln was very influential in Lincoln’s issuing of the Emancipation Proclamation.” You might wonder why a socialist was interested in pursuing emancipation and let me tell you, it wasn’t for the benefit of the black folks.

Donnie Kennedy, in his book Myths of American Slavery observed that: “Not only did Lincoln hold to the belief of Negro inferiority, he was also a proponent of removing the African-American population from America once they were freed…Lincoln as the archenemy of slavery, promoter of equality, and friend of oppressed African-Americans is one of the most pervasive myths in modern America.” Of course, since the winners get to write the “history” books, inconvenient facts that get in the way of the agenda need to be shoved down the “memory hole” where, hopefully, no one will bother trying to pull them out. Another book you might want to check out along these lines is How the North Promoted, Prolonged and Profited From Slavery. It was written by three reporters from a newspaper in Connecticut, who, when digging into this subject in their own area, found a lot of information they hadn’t expected to find….

Freedom Demands Better People!

By Adam Kokesh – The Libertarian Enterprise –

Governments on this planet are operated solely
by the most evil, stupid, and insane among us,
That’s the final sad result, the last, ironic
reward, of democracy, plain and simple.

Many people, despite our evolved state and position as the dominant species on our little spaceship Earth, live their lives like animals.

We have given a myriad of opportunities made available by the “evolutionary brain explosion” and still, many people CHOOSE (due in part to social conditioning) to use only a fraction of the 10% of our brains we supposedly use.

While it would be arrogant to say that libertarians have ALL the answers, we do have something valuable to share that seems to go in line with the general intellectual approach shared by most of us.

Freedom is simply one conclusion of a rational analysis of the human condition, but it has many implications. It is not simply a political conclusion—that without the force and coercion of government, we will all be better off—it is also a moral code and a higher calling.

The message of freedom is simple: You as a free, beautiful, independent human being, own yourself, and therefor it is wrong to forcibly violate the rights of others.

It would seem we could present this not just as a nice idea that will just so happen to completely upend the social order when embraced, but as a scientific principle: human relationships are better overall for everyone involved by any metric when they are free of violence and coercion.

Hearing people debate this must sound like the flat earth vs round earth arguments. It’s funny that despite our intelligence and unique capacity for rational analysis, we still routinely reject science on behalf of our insecurities and fears.

The opposite of freedom is slavery—supposedly complete control by others.

Under modern governments, we live a state of semi-slavery.

Governments certainly act like they own their citizens like tax cows. The reason they get away with it is that most people deny or avoid this. Those who simply chafe against control and avoid it often do so with a certain cognitive dissonance because of feelings of guilt imposed by their fellow tax cows demanding that everyone “pay their fair share.”

Regardless of how much people avoid taxation, most of us give up or have stolen from us large chunks of our productivity to support governments, but far more is being stolen.

We can all be placed on a scale from zero to autonomous for how we choose to live.

When a child is born, he or she is in a state of zero autonomy, completely dependent and incapable of making decisions far beyond his or her own bodily functions. Most people only partially grow out of this state and maintain a degree of subversion to the authorities of their lives. In a sense, we all do this to some degree to the extent that we allow the emotional manipulations and bullying of others to compromise our respect for our own individual will.

Those of us who embrace the moral message of freedom tend to treat ourselves with more respect.
