Border Patrol orders: release all illegal alien drunk drivers!

If you are caught driving while intoxicated and happen to be an American citizen than you’re going to be arrested, fined, and potentially jailed – and rightfully so, as by driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs you are putting the lives of others in danger when you drive on public roads.

But, as we’ve come to learn in recent years, if you are an undocumented alien who has entered this country illegally, the laws don’t really apply to you. You not only get to break the law by entering the United States without authorization, but you also get free health care, housing, food and tax refunds even if you falsified your employment paperwork.

Though all of the aforementioned benefits have crossed the line as many hardworking Americans struggle to make ends meet for their own families while also paying for the free ride being given to illegal immigrants, the latest move by the Obama administration is nothing short of outrageous.

It is not only a slap in the face to Americans who are fed up with what are essentially two different legal systems, the new policy will result in the deaths of countless Americans.

According to Judicial Watch, the Obama administration has ordered all Border Patrol agents to stop apprehending illegal aliens who have been detained for drunk driving.

Yes, you read that correctly.

Not only are illegal aliens being released and their violations of U.S. immigration law being ignored, but now, even if they are hammered drunk the Border Patrol has been advised to let them go on their way while under the influence.

Obtained by Judicial Watch this week, the notice is titled “Enforcement Options With Alcohol-Impaired Drivers” and directs the 4,000-plus U.S. Border Patrol agents in the Tucson, Arizona sector to “release” individuals under the influence and “allow them to go on their way.”

The document acknowledges that this feels counter-intuitive for Border Patrol agents, but eases concerns by answering a hypothetical question for the officers who have sworn to uphold the law: “If you allow this driver to continue down the road and they kill someone, aren’t you liable?” The answer is no, according to the new Department of Homeland Security (DHS) memo. “There is no legal requirement for a Border Patrol agent to intervene in a state crime, including DUI,” the order says, adding that “therefore there is generally no liability that will attach to the agent or agency for failing to act in this situation.”

Great, so when concerned Border Patrol officers let someone go, they don’t have to worry about being sued by the family of the individuals that will inevitably be killed by drunk drivers who are set free to roam the streets of America.

Patriotism and Civil Disobedience

As the NATO juggernaut directed by a U.S. NeoCon foreign policy marches towards a nuclear confrontation with Russia, the American public is being manipulated to accept that Foggy Bottom knows best. Even under the placid Obama regime, the chicken hawks are able to restart a new cold war that is getting hotter by the moment. The singular opportunity to forge a lasting peace after the fall of the Soviet Union has been squandered by the globalists, who lust after their only superpower status. Well, the time is approaching for payback. Only God can prevent the annihilation from WWIII, since Dr. Strangelove has the code for the nukes and the culture that permeates military planning actually believes that a nuclear war can be won.

This is the context that underpins the cry for citizens to demonstrate their trusting patriotism in an ongoing internationalist regime that seeks a permanent empire.

When George Washington spoke of patriotism as “It may be laid down as a primary position, and the basis of our system, that every Citizen who enjoys the protection of a Free Government, owes not only a proportion of his property, but even of his personal services to the defense of it”, it is unimaginable that he would see current administrations as the embodiment of a Free Government, or that citizens have a moral obligation to defend an aggressive interventionist imperia that is endangering the survival of the entire planet.

Honest Conservatives reject Neo Conservatism as a perversion of true national interests. The irony that an internationalist like Teddy Roosevelt would be lionized as a great patriot is attributed to his strong persona, while ignoring the consequences of his entanglement policies. His carrying of a “Big Stick” set the stage for the 21th century of using a blunt club.

What exactly is patriotic about sending generations of youth, to be used as cannon fodder, for the sole purpose and benefit of global elites, who really rule our country? When TR says: “Patriotism means to stand by the country” has become a meaningless viewpoint, since the control of the government is in foreign hands that have destroyed all semblance of what once existed as OUR Country.

Popular public polls always provide higher support for the President than for legislators in Congress. Because of no small measure, the House and Senate have abdicated their constitutional duties in foreign policy since the Korean War. Leaving to the executive branch the full weight of determining relations with foreign nations has allowed the decisive influence to be concentrated in the State Department establishment.

While the military-industrial-security-complex and the intelligent community agencies are the dominant power behind the globalist policy, the treasonous elites and foreign Banksters who control the strings are the only benefactors after the body count is compiled.

Under this set of circumstances, what actual duty does a loyal American have to do the bidding of a corrupt and illegitimate government? Do you believe that George Washington fought the Revolution to allow the City of London to rule over the foreign policies of our own country?

Even though the last two centuries have decidedly been influenced if not totally compromised by foreign agents, especially those among the Rothschild central banking cabal, the final responsibility for the loss of our country lies with the American people.

Americans have seldom exemplified a burning desire to understand the truth. Most are content to believe that their leaders are good men and women and have the best interests of the nation as their goal. The fact that such a myth bears little resemblance with reality never gets through to the flag flying households that proudly display their “Love It or Leave It” bumper stickers.

Their uncritical and all consuming Patriotism is a false and destructive sentiment. By allowing the mass media manipulation and distorted historical lessons to be accepted as mainstream culture, the forces of global dominance are able to achieve their worldwide governance.

Now this assessment is disturbing to many people and the bearer of the message risks becoming ostracized from polite society. Yet, such a reaction does not refute the accuracy of the argument.

What can or should a responsible citizen do to prevent the systematic betrayal of our country and the even more important, what can be done to stop the madness of NATO’s belligerency? The Russian Federation under Putin is not the same threat of the Soviet Union of Lenin or Stalin.

The practice of civil disobedience is most closely associated with fringe or radical dissenters. Ever since the demonstrations of burning draft cards and wearing the stars and stripes as bandanas of the Viet Nam era, the silent and moral majority became distrustful of protests. Nonetheless, the public display of discontent has influenced the body politick more than voting between bi-partisan clones of the same established order.

Every rational person instinctively understands that money interests exert the primacy influence over public policy. Laws are administered and enforced according to the legal judiciary that operates, not as an arbitrator or adjudicator for justice, but as a protector of the patrician system.

Defiance has a charm about the image that movies exemplify, but little support when it comes down to popular engagement. The Henry David Thoreau of Philosophy may be discussed in conversation, but is seldom practiced in ordinary life decision. People have surrendered their courage to confront governmental abuses. As the docility of personality becomes the normal standard for the “Political Correct” culture, government is emboldened to discard the public opinion that differs with official policy.

Taking to the street is seen in Europe frequently, even if it not reported on the nightly news. In the Brian Williams version of embellishment, the civilian receptor of perpetual war propaganda is blinded by the non news in order to accept the phony narrative. As the latest “Wag the Dog” episode of this year’s “War on Terror” play for the crowd, the ISIL miniseries gets overshadowed in the rating with the Ukraine designer conflict.

Those who believe the sirens sounds from the triplets – Jen Psaki, Marie Harf and “Big NeoCon Mama” Victoria Nuland over at the State Department, are the most pathetic patriot impostors imaginable. Lost in the spin is that the State Department was an eager participant behind the Ukraine coup d’etat.

However, public apathy persists that the notion of spontaneous civil disobedience combustion is totally absent from public consciousness. With the susceptibility of simulated patriotic appeals, the swayable dullards will demand retaliation after the next cover-up deception is triggered.

In a social order where it is impossible to throw out the bums in elections and courts will not follow the constitution, the lonely protestor has few options. Civil disobedience may not be popular in a psychologically induced environment, but denial is never a positive choice when tyranny is the official mode of rule.

With the announcement that Israeli’s Benjamin Netanyahu’s March 3 speech to Congress, the stakes are dramatically raised to eliminate Syria and Iran as a threat to the greater Zionist state and worse yet, to marginalize Russia and demonize Putin as a devil incarnate.

When the media cheerleaders do their usual genuflections for Bibi’s call to arms, the rest of us are being used as bargaining chips to force a total capitulation or face nuclear destruction. If this is not an overwhelming reason to call for our own government to stand down, what would be? Threats from Israel that they will use their nukes against anyone who defies their demands, illustrates, who the real belligerent is in the region.

The upside down nature of the authentic patriotism and what passes as a blank check for brinkmanship madness should be clear to even the least informed. Still, the inevitable responses to those, who demonstrate or employ protest with civil disobedience, are put up as enemies of the state.

These are times for sober reflection. Dispel the manufactured and false flag crisis and concentrate on the bona fide threats that reside within our own shores. Fifth column subversives have assumed key position within the government. Their loyalty to causes or countries other than our own is a core factor in the insecurity that prevails.

If civil disobedience is not your cup of tea, start digging your bomb shelter. The odds that our Congressional Representatives will grow a backbone are remote. Presidents view themselves as the most powerful and supreme leader of the world as opposed to an American servant.

Dissent is the true patriotism when it is focused on eliminating despotism and restoring our foreign policy in keeping with George Washington’s Farewell Address. If you really love your country, put an end to the gunboat armadas of the TR mentality and follow the lead of the father of your country.

Americans need to mature and grow-up. The dangerous world we live in was created largely because of the militarized intervention of the imperial U.S. Empire. Drawing lines in the sands of the Middle East is only superseded in pushing Russia to accept Ukraine to become a NATO member.

“If patriotism is the last refuge of a scoundrel, it is not merely because evil deeds may be performed in the name of patriotism, but because patriotic fervor can obliterate moral distinctions altogether”, said Ralph B. Perry.

We’re No. 12! Report: U.S. Not Among Top Nations for Economic Freedom

The United States does not rank among the Top 10 countries in the world for economic freedom, according to the Heritage Foundation’s 2015 Index of Economic Freedom.

Instead, the U..S. ranked only 12th–after Hong Kong, Singapore, New Zealand, Australia, Switzerland, Canada, Chile, Estonia, Ireland, Mauritius, and Denmark.

Estonia was formerly a part of the Soviet Union.

The Index rates economic freedom for countries on 10 quantitative and qualitative factors that are based on four pillars of freedom: rule of law, limited government, regulatory efficiency and open markets.

“Each of the ten economic freedoms within these categories is graded on a scale of 0 to 100. A country’s overall score is derived by averaging these ten economic freedoms, with equal weight being given to each,” according to the Index.

While the United States’ ranking in the Index has remained unchanged over the year, its score has improved slightly.

“The United States’ economic freedom score is 76.2, making its economy the 12th freest in the 2015 Index,” states the report. “Its score is 0.7 point higher than last year, with modest gains in six of the 10 economic freedoms, including control of government spending, outweighing a slight decline in business freedom.”

“Although the precipitous downward spiral in U.S. economic freedom since 2008 has come to a halt in the 2015 Index, a 1.6-point decline in overall economic freedom over the past five years reflects broad-based deteriorations in key policy areas, particularly those related to upholding the rule of law and limited government,” states the report.

When President Obama took office in 2009, the United States ranked sixth for economic freedom. Now in 2015, the United States has fallen by six to 12th place….

Agriculture needs to take a few steps back

It’s easy to forget that, once upon a time, all agriculture was organic and grass-fed. Saving seeds, composting, fertilizing diverse crops with manure, not tilling and raising livestock entirely on grass was the norm over a century ago. Yet today, these are just the approaches we associate with sustainable food production.

We all know what happened as we modernized – the plow, the tractor, fossil fuels, monocrops, nitrogen fertilizer, pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, feedlots, animal byproducts, e. coli, genetically modified organisms and erosion. We farmed faster, and we farmed more acreage. These are all practices and conditions that most Americans now consider “normal,” if they think about agriculture at all.

Fortunately, a movement to rediscover and implement “old” practices of bygone days has risen rapidly, abetted by innovations in technology, breakthroughs in scientific knowledge and tons of old-fashioned, on-the-ground problem-solving.

Take Dorn Cox, a young farmer in New Hampshire. He tossed away the plow, preferring to use no-till practices on his parent’s organic farm; then he developed a biodiesel alternative to fossil fuels. He measures the carbon content of the soil through sophisticated technology, aiming to raise the content as high as possible, and he also co-founded Farm Hack, an open-source virtual café for young and beginning farmers.

“Farming isn’t rocket science,” he likes to say, “it’s more complicated than that.”

Like Dorn, many young people in agriculture today are looking to the past and what they have discovered is that nature’s model works best. After all, nature has been using evolution and the laws of physics to beta-test what works for millions of years — billions in the case of photosynthesis.

Humans are pipsqueaks in this process by comparison and the idea that we know what’s best is increasingly looking like a dangerous form of hubris. That’s why a new generation of agrarians is returning to the roots of agriculture for a different approach that includes large helpings of science and social responsibility as well.

Soil carbon is a good example. As gardeners know, creating the dark, rich soil called humus is critical to plant vigor, mineral uptake and smart water use. At the farm and ranch scale, it helps prevent soil erosion. A short list of practices that build soil carbon include planting cover crops, mulching, composting, employing low or no-till and planning where livestock graze.

Building humus is a great way to sequester atmospheric carbon dioxide in the soil for potentially long periods of time, which means that “old” practices can address “new” challenges, such as climate change….

However, it is possible to help bring this level back down through the old-fashioned process of photosynthesis. Last spring, the Rodale Institute, a research and education nonprofit, released a white paper entitled Regenerative Organic Agriculture and Climate Change: A Down-to-Earth Solution to Global Warming. It states boldly that we could sequester more than 100 percent of current annual CO2 emissions by switching to soil-creating, inexpensive and effective organic agricultural methods….

It is undeniably true that there are many obstacles to implementing these tried and true solutions to food and climate challenges. Some are economic, but many are policy-based, which is why it is important to support groups like the Organic Consumers Association (organicconsumers.org) and the National Young Farmers Coalition (youngfarmers.org) in their efforts to create an environment that favors old-style farmers and ranchers, not to mention eaters, which means all of us.

It all comes back to nature. I like the way the Rodale Institute put it recently: Farming like the Earth matters. Farming as if water and soil and land matter. Farming as if clean air matters. Farming as if human health, animal health and ecosystem health matter. Because all of this does matter and regenerative agricultural practices are the best way to preserve it.

Bank CEOs are the New Drug Lords

Bank CEOs are the New Drug Lords. Here is a list of some of the banks managed by Bank CEOs, aka the new Drug Lords, that were fined billions of dollars for fixing LIBOR rates and stealing money from clients: Lloyds Bank, RP Martin, Barclays, Deutsche Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, Société Générale, JP Morgan, Citigroup, Barclays, United Bank of Switzerland and Rabobank. Here is a list of some of the banks in which the Bank Lords fixed FX rates and are currently negotiating fine amounts with the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA): Citigroup, HSBC, Royal Bank of Scotland, Barclays, JP Morgan and United Bank of Switzerland. HSBC had to pay nearly $2B in fines after its Bank CEO was allegedly caught overseeing the laundering of $7B in drug money for the notoriously violent and ruthless Sinaloa drug cartel among other Mexican drug cartels and committing a wide array of other crimes like laundering $290MM from Russian mobsters that told HSBC bankers that their vast profits came from a “used car business”. I say “allegedly caught”, because every time this happens, the bank CEO, in this case, HSBC CEO Stuart Gulliver, inevitably denies ever knowing that the cartel he was overseeing was laundering dirty blood money. The Bank Lords issue these ridiculous denials despite the fact that every independent investigator not on a Bank’s payroll that investigates banks’ money laundering schemes arrive at the same conclusion as Jose Luis Marmolejo, the former head of the Mexican attorney general’s financial crimes unit: “[The money laundering] went on too long and [the bank CEOS] made too much money not to have known.” And what about HSBC’s $2B assessed fine for laundering this blood money? In response to meaningless fines like this that never change banker behavior, Martin Woods, former senior anti-money laundering officer at Wachovia bank, implored, “What does the settlement do to fight the cartels? Nothing – it doesn’t make the job of law enforcement easier and it encourages the cartels and anyone who wants to make money by laundering their blood dollars. Where’s the risk? There is none.“ That is why HSBC is not the only cartel that houses bankers who have been caught laundering blood money in recent years. Wachovia Bank, Citigroup, Banco Santander, and Bank of America bankers have all been caught leading their banks in participation of this dirty deed as well. According to Paul Campo, head of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration’s financial crimes unit, drug traffickers used Bank of America to finance their drug smuggling operations for 10 tons of cocaine and laundered drug money through Bank of America accounts in Atlanta, GA, Chicago, IL, and Brownsville, TX from 2002 to 2009.

So how do Bank Lords get away with their dirty deeds scot-free? This month, explosive evidence contained in 47.5 hours of secret recordings from Goldman Sachs whistleblower and former New York Federal Reserve employee Carmen Segarra provides the answers we already knew. Bank Lords have been buying off judges and regulators after already buying off cops (JP Morgan CEO Jamie Dimon “Gifts” Largest Donation Ever to NYPD of $4.6MM). When Fed regulators asked Segarra to alter minutes of meetings in which Goldman Sachs bankers’ immoral behavior was discussed in order to cover up the truth and to lie about the content of these meetings, Segarra decided to secretly record her meetings with her bosses. Below are some of the revelations contained in the transcripts of those secret recordings:

In one meeting Segarra attended, a Goldman employee expressed the view that “once clients are wealthy enough, certain consumer laws don’t apply to them.”

After that meeting, Segarra turned to a fellow Fed regulator and expressed how surprised she was by that statement — to which the regulator replied, “You didn’t hear that.”

When Segarra discovered multiple conflicts of interest in Goldman Sachs deals between Goldman Sachs bankers and their clients that led to deals being struck that would be the equivalent of insider trading in the stock market and consequently discovered Goldman Sachs had no “conflict of interest” policy, her boss harassed her and demanded of Segarra, “Why do you have to say there’s no policy?”

When Segarra complained to her legal and compliance manager, Jonathon Kim, of how her discoveries were being handled and told Kim that “even when I explain to [my superiors at the New York Federal Reserve] what my evidence is, they won’t even listen”, Kim reacted in an equally morally bankrupt manner as Segarra’s superiors, advising Segarra “to be patient” and to “bite her tongue.”

So now that we know that Bank Lords buy out morally-challenged regulators, cops and judges in return for carte-blanche to continue committing crimes, rig markets to collect undeserved and unearned kickbacks, and launder drug cartel money from violent cartels that murder 10,000 people a year (the Sinaloa drug cartel), is there really even a line in the sand that separates Bank Lords and Drug Lords, or have Bank Lords become the new Drug Lords?

THE NEW AMERICAN ARISTOCRACY

“I bring reason to your ears, and, in language as plain as ABC, hold up truth to your eyes.” – Thomas Paine, December 23, 1776 –

A recent study by professors Martin Gilens of Princeton and Benjamin I. Page found that the U.S. now resembles an oligarchy rather than a democratic republic.

“The central point that emerges from our research is that economic elites and very well heeled organized groups representing business interests have substantial independent impacts on U.S. government policy, while mass-based interest groups and average citizens have little or no independent influence.” Means the aristocracy gets the lion share of the pie and everyone else gets the crumbs…

The author of a recent commentary about oligarchy in the 21st century, Matthew Continetti, of the Free Beacon, might even suggest that last phrase be repeated.

“Mass-based interest groups and average citizens have little or no independent influence on legislation or the law…..”

Continetti wrote:
“What we, the commoners, are now in danger of losing is the classical liberal values of personal freedom, of religious liberty, of equality before the law, of free markets,”…….WHY???? Because of the ‘extreme inequality in terms of political influence and the production of knowledge and information is managed and controlled by the elite….’.

Continetti continues “The inequality of income our bipartisan ruling class sanctimoniously condemns is the very tool it uses to shore up the inequalities of power and communication from which it benefits. Affluent, self-righteous, self-seeking, self-possessed, out of touch, hostile to dissent, triumphalist like Soros– is what oligarchy looks like in the 21st century,” .

The study looked at 1,779 policy issues and found that, “The probability of policy change is nearly the same (around 0.3) whether a tiny minority or a large majority of average citizens favor a proposed policy change. Commoners have little or no influence over the law and legislation…

WAR IS A RACKET

Major General Smedley D. Butler, USMC Commandant, Retired, wrote:

WAR is a racket. It always has been.

It is possibly the oldest, easily the most profitable, surely the most vicious. It is the only one international in scope. It is the only one in which the profits are reckoned in dollars and the losses in lives.

A racket is best described, I believe, as something that is not what it seems to the majority of the people. Only a small “inside” group knows what it is about. It is conducted for the benefit of the very few, at the expense of the very many. Out of war a few people make huge fortunes.

In the World War [I] a mere handful garnered the profits of the conflict. At least 21,000 new millionaires and billionaires were made in the United States during the World War. That many admitted their huge blood gains in their income tax returns. How many other war millionaires falsified their tax returns no one knows.

How many of these war millionaires shouldered a rifle? How many of them dug a trench? How many of them knew what it meant to go hungry in a rat-infested dug-out? How many of them spent sleepless, frightened nights, ducking shells and shrapnel and machine gun bullets? How many of them parried a bayonet thrust of an enemy? How many of them were wounded or killed in battle?

Out of war nations acquire additional territory, if they are victorious. They just take it. This newly acquired territory promptly is exploited by the few – the selfsame few who wrung dollars out of blood in the war. The general public shoulders the bill.

And what is this bill?

This bill renders a horrible accounting. Newly placed gravestones. Mangled bodies. Shattered minds. Broken hearts and homes. Economic instability. Depression and all its attendant miseries. Back-breaking taxation for generations and generations….
