FEDERAL GOVERNMENT IS A RACKET, ENGAGED IN RACKETEERING

A long, torturous human history has proven that without discipline, accountability and oversight, a child, an adult, a group of adults, or an institutional entity will slowly increase or exert his, her, or its power over time, even if there are laws or rules that restrict that power. Such is the case in America today. Government, especially the federal government, has far exceeded its constitutional limits. In a long vacuum of accountability and oversight, the federal government has evolved into increasing malfeasance, misfeasance, mis-appropriation of funds, graft, cronyism, nepotism, corruption, racketeering, double-dealing, collusion and improper or illicit personal behavior. It is not a case of what limits government. It has now become a case of whatever government wants to do without limits. No limits on power are the ingredients for corruption, racketeering and eventually a dictatorship.

CORRUPTION DEFINED: Wrongdoing on the part of an authority or powerful party through means that are illegitimate, immoral, or incompatible with ethical standards. Corruption often results from patronage and is associated with bribery. It is also defined as abuse of public office for private gain. Corruption manifests itself in the form of bribes, extortion, graft, patronage, nepotism, cronyism, theft, embezzlement and diversion of public or private revenues or assets. It exists in all cultures, countries, religions and institutions in different degrees of severity. Corruption is in fact, a negative human characteristic that is only offset by individual and societal honor, integrity and morality.

Ladies and gentlemen, whenever you hear a politician say “My Fellow Americans”, the hair should rise up on the back of your neck and you should check your wallet to see if there is any money left in it. The politician is not your “fellow” American. He is a member of the privileged class and the only time he really cares about you is at election time.

McCain Trying To Give Tonto Nat’l Forest To Rio Tinto

I think at a certain point one has to understand that globalization amounts to treason. These greedy Vichy politicians we have in Washington need to be removed before they hand over everything in the country that isn’t nailed to the floor.

This is Tonto National Forest. It is yours. It is this country’s fifth largest forest and has on average 5.8 million visitors annually. It was set aside as a national forest back in 1905 in order to protect its watersheds around key reservoirs used by the people of the communities around it which include Phoenix, Flagstaff, Prescott, Snowflake, Winslow and the Fort Apache Reservation. “The forest produces an average of 350,000 acre-feet of water each year” feeding into Theodore Roosevelt Lake and the Salt River which bisects the national forest running east to west. In 1955 Eisenhower used Public Land Order 1229 to protect parts of Tonto National Forest from the mining industry that wanted to despoil it for profits. There’s copper in them there hills and therefore, there’s gold. Thanks to that and the work of conservationists over the decades, without a doubt, it is one of the most beautiful unspoiled areas this nation has left… and Sen. John McCain wants to give it to a British mining company by using the latest version of the NDAA to do it.

Located in Tonto National Forest is a unique spot known as Apache Leap. This is the location of one of the most heroic and beautifully inspiring stories of our shared heritage in this burb we call ‘Merica… and yet far too few even know it exists. I’ll let Survival Solidarity explain.

“In the midst of an 1870 battle, US Calvary forced Apache warriors to the edge of a cliff. With the taste of defeat in their mouths standing eye-to-eye with their possible captors’, more than 80 Apache warriors escaped, leaping off the cliff and through the air to their deaths. These days at the base of that mountain chunks of obsidian can be found. They are known as the tears of the Apaches. Apache Leap, that battlefield of the past is once again the stage for a war against accelerated colonization.” Survival Solidarity

The Apache warriors chose death rather than to submit to their occupiers and watch from some reservation as their land and culture slowly died around them. There’s a lesson to be learned there.

This is the Tonto National Forest and it and the heritage behind it, belongs to you. But maybe, not for much longer.

Sen. John McCain is trying his best to hand over the mining rights, for free mind you, to a British and Australian company called Rio Tinto and their subsidiary called Resolution Copper.

But Rio Tinto and Resolution Copper have spent millions lobbying Congress and donating to lawmakers, according to data from federal election records and the Center for Responsive Politics. And according to opponents of the deal, Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) and backers in the House are trying to attach the deal to must-pass legislation — most likely the National Defense Authorization Act, which comes from the Armed Services Committee that McCain will chair starting in January. Huffington Post

Over at the Huffington Post, you will find that they seem to have a problem with the fact that Iran and China both have subsidiary interests in Rio Tinto and seems to be the big hangup they have with the traitorous action of Sen. McCain.

Corporate Lobbyists Writing Our Laws

A pivotal component of the process that manipulates the legislative cover that claims to be representative federalism is the consortium of influential pressure and bribe distributors that populate the lobbying capital of the planet, K Street. This group of ex elected officials, shyster lawyers and con artists make up the revolving door of access and sway that keeps the DC Scalawag Culture Preserves Scoundrels alive and expanding. Corporatist Lobbying Replaced a Free Market long ago. The Camelot dream has become the granddaddy of all extenders. For the updated version of JFK’s Inaugural Address in the era of transnational political ascendancy in the Totalitarian Collectivist un-commonwealth state, take heed.

“Let every Citizen know, whether it wishes us well or ill, that we shall pay any price, bear any burden, meet any hardship, support any friend, oppose any foe to assure the survival and the success of Corporatist Control. To those old allies whose cultural and spiritual origins we share, we pledge the loyalty of faithful friends. United, there is little we cannot do in a host of cooperative ventures. Divided, there is little we can do–for we dare not meet a powerful grass roots populist challenge at odds and split asunder. To those subservient states whom we welcome to the ranks of the New World Order, we pledge our word that one form of colonial control shall not have passed away merely to be replaced by a far more iron tyranny. We shall not always expect to find them resisting our view. But we shall always hope to find them strongly supporting their own dictates-and to remember that, in the past, those who foolishly sought power by riding the back of the tiger ended up inside. To those peoples in the huts and villages of half the globe struggling to break the bonds of mass misery, we pledge our best efforts to help them serve our interests, for whatever period is required–not because the communists may be doing it, not because we seek their votes, but because it is our right to rule. If a globalist society cannot exploit the many who are poor, it cannot protect the few who are rich. To our sister regimes south of our border, we offer a special pledge–to convert our empty words into nefarious deeds–in a new alliance for corporate service–to assist captive men and controlled governments in casting off the chains of abundance. But this peaceful revolution of acquiescence cannot become the prey of hostile powers. Let all our neighbors know that we shall join with them to oppose liberation or self-determination anywhere in the Americas. And let every other power know that this Global Empire intends to remain the master of its own world.

To that world assembly of subservient states, the United Nations, our last best scheme in an age of deception where the instruments of debt have far outpaced the instruments of prosperity, we renew our pledge of support–to prevent it from becoming merely a forum for newspeak–to strengthen its dominance of the new and the weak–and to enlarge the area in which its rule may run.

Finally, to those nations who would make themselves our adversary, we offer not a pledge but a guarantee: that opposing factions begin anew their surrender for coexistence, before the NWO powers of destruction unleashed by science destroys all opposition to our planned universal self-destruction.”

The fairy tale of JFK’s world is forever gone. The corporate corruption environment that fuels the lobbyists’ machine would make Jack Abramoff proud. The Hill points the finger squarely at GE who reaps unconscionable Tax extenders a lobbying bonanza from the latest taxpayer abuse passed with overwhelmingly bipartisan support by the House of Representatives.

“Almost 300 of those K Street officials lobbied specifically on a tax break known as the active financing exception, a preference that expired at the end of 2013 and allows financial services companies to defer paying taxes on profits made abroad.

General Electric, the study says, was among the most persistent company lobbying for the break – perhaps not surprising, given that GE has said its tax bill will rise significantly without the exception.”

….When separate and often conflicting legislation is bundled together to be pushed through in lame duck sessions, the meaning of election consequences blur. The Text of the Tax Increase Prevention Act of 2014 is a disgrace.

Radical Reactionary readers know that the GOP has no real conservative principles or guts to close the door on the corporatists. The essay, “House Democrats Sell Out And Back GOP Tax Extenders Bill– So Why Should Anyone Vote For A Democrat”, concludes “All that Democratic support in the House makes it more difficult for any grouping of principled Democrats in the Senate to kill this travesty.” The lobbyists know that Business as Usual still operates.
