A REDECLARATION
By the Citizens of the
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
Under the Authority of our God, The Lord Jesus Christ,
THE KING OF KINGS AND THE LORD OF LORDS,
As commanded by His Holy Word

When, in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the marvelous gifts of God entitle them; a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.  

The creator of all that is, was and will be has revealed Himself and His desire for His creation in the scriptures, the sixty six books of His Holy Word.  Humanity was created in His very image, meant to fellowship with Him but given a free will from which each may choose their own way.  All have squandered this marvelous gift of liberty and foolishly chosen to rebel against their creator, placing themselves under the tyranny and condemnation of sin but because of His great love, mercy and grace He made a way whereby all who ask will be forgiven of their sins through the blood of His only begotten Son; be delivered from the bondage and condemnation of sin and live forever with Him under absolute and perfect liberty.  If the author of the universe has entrusted us, who are so foolish, with such great liberty and shown us, wretched sinners, such boundless grace, how can we, mere creatures, think it just to coerce, condemn or censure another.   The great arrogance it must take for one to think themself worthy of ruling over another, especially in matters of conscience, is surely the mark of a fool and the catalyst of a tyrant.  The Bloody Tenent of Persecution for Cause of Conscience is the inevitable fruit of a tyrant.  Tyrants, especially those that have dared to claim the name of Christ to justify their wickedness, will be found guilty of all the blood of the souls crying for vengeance under the altar when they stand before the Prince of Peace.  Tyrants and tyrannical forms of government stand condemned before the Supreme Judge of the universe and should be condemned by all of humanity.

The owner of all that is, was and will be has revealed in His Holy Word that all souls are created equal, that they are endowed by Him with certain inherent and unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty, property and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, and only to secure these rights, government is instituted among men to serve as a terror to evil works and a blessing to good, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, under the authority of the Word of God.  The greatest and only gift a government may give to the souls it represents is to not govern them whatsoever.  Government has no power to grant or withhold rights, the gifts of God are not theirs to give or take.  Whenever any form of government fails to secure these rights or attempts to steal these gifts away, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness.  Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.  But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing consistently the same purpose reveals a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security. 

Such has been the patient sufferance of these souls; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former systems of government. The history of this present form of government is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute tyranny over these souls. To prove this, let facts be submitted to a candid world.

1.) They have rejected the true and living God, created laws that directly violate His Holy Word, coerced us, His children, to submit to their false gods, condone their immoral behavior and accept their contrived definitions of truth and made us to support this blasphemy against our God with our own monies making us partakers of their evil.

2.)  They have passed laws and made regulations to undermine the foundational authority of our families and our churches and under threat of taking our children, destroying our churches, imprisonment, financial penalties and even death, have made themselves the head of our families and churches and made us to support this most unnatural and unscriptural usurpation of authority with our own monies making us partakers of their evil. 

3.) They have allowed and promoted the slaughter of untold millions of unborn and new-born babies and made us to support this most unholy of crimes with our own monies making us partakers of their evil.

4.) They have waged illegal and immoral wars murdering untold millions of innocent souls and made us to support these crimes against humanity with our own monies making us partakers of their evil.

5.) They have created militarized police forces who falsely accuse, brutalize and murder our fellow citizens; friends, family and brethren with impunity and made us to support these petty tyrants with our own monies making us partakers of their evil.

6.) They have created agencies, passed laws and placed us under the authority of petty tyrants who have stripped us of our most basic God given gifts: personal privacy, freedom to travel, freedom of conscience, worship and many others and made us to support this unprecedented tyranny with our own monies making us partakers of their evil.

7.) They have imprisoned millions of our fellow citizens; friends, family and brethren for victimless offences and held without charge or opportunity of a trial, untold numbers of citizens and souls abroad; torturing and even killing many of them and made us to support this cruelty with our own monies making us partakers of their evil.

8.)  They have treacherously waged attacks against their own country and murdered their fellow citizens, the souls they swore to serve, in order to elicite fear and anger so that they might take away our rights here and take away the lives and rights of others abroad.

9.) They have treacherously conspired with foreign and corrupt banks to destroy our economy, devalue our currency, undermine our national sovereignty and enslave us all for their own selfish ends.

10.) They have treacherously conspired with domestic and international corporations to destroy our economy, devalue our currency, undermine our national sovereignty and enslave us all for their own selfish ends.

11.) They have treacherously conspired with foreign governments, powers and principalities to destroy our economy, devalue our currency, undermine our national sovereignty and enslave us all for their own selfish ends.

12.) They have treacherously conspired with individuals who were never elected or empowered by the citizens of this country to work out their own evil desires instead of the desires of the people.

13.)  They have treacherously experimented on their fellow citizens and innocent souls abroad by intentionally infecting them with various diseases and exposing them to all other sorts of dangerous substances for their own diabolical purposes.

14.) They have treacherously poisoned our food, water and air in an attempt to weaken, control and even murder the very people they were meant to serve.

15.) They have failed to secure our borders and left the inhabitants of this nation to be kidnapped, raped and murdered by foreign invaders to: 
         a.)  Undermine our national sovereignty in order to place us under a global system of government.
         b.)  Foment resentment and animosity in order to justify the theft of our liberty in pursuit of poor, innocent and desperate souls.
         c.)  Create a slave class of workers from poor, innocent and desperate souls.

16.) They have failed to create fair and reasonable immigration policies that would promote a legal workforce and the naturalization of foreigners.

17.)  They have illegally and immorally manipulated our political, judicial and social systems through corruption and coercion of our press and media.

18.) They have made themselves sovereigns over the very souls they swore to serve and refused to make themselves accountable for their actions.

19.)  They have imposed taxes on us without our specific and individual consent.

In every stage of these oppressions we have petitioned our government for redress in the most humble of terms: our repeated petitions have been answered only by repeated injury.  A government, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a tyrant, is unfit to lead the children of God. 

Nor have we been wanting in attention to our fellow citizens; friends and family.  We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us.  We have reminded them of the circumstances of our mutual emigration and settlement here.  We have reminded them of  how our forefathers fought, shed their blood and died so that we, their prodigy, could all enjoy the blessings of living in a free country where the gifts of God are honored and appreciated.   We have reminded them how our forefathers, under the grace of God, established the first society in the history of this fallen world where soul libety reigned as the law of the land.  We have reminded them that the law of God was given not to condemn each other but rather to reveal that we are all, each and every one, helplessly lost and deserving of judgement.  We have reminded them how our precious Savior shed His blood and gave Himself so that we could all have an opportunity to be truly free and live forever with Him in our native land.  We have appealed to their inherited conscience for justice and kindness, and we have appealed to them by the ties of our common condition to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our voluntary fellowship and cooperation.  They too have been deaf to the voice of justice.  

While we desire close fellowship with our fellow citizens and would willingly and gladly submit to an honorable government; we can not, in good conscience, participate in trampling the marvelous gifts of God and His most holy name under the foot of tyranny.  We, therefore, the children of God, citizens of Heaven and citizens of our respective states and citizens of the United States of America, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the name, and by the authority of the Lord Jesus Christ, the King of kings, The Lord of lords, The creator of all that is, was and will be, as is declared in the Holy Scriptures, do solemnly publish and declare, that these children of God are, and of right ought to be free and independent souls.  That they are absolved from all allegiance to or support of any wicked, corrupt and tyrannical government, and that all political, legal and financial obligations between them and the United States of America and their respective states, which violate scripture and their respective consciences, are and ought to be totally dissolved until such time as these sovereign souls may in good conscience voluntarily participate with a state and a nation that fears God and lets all live as their conscience dictates in matters that violate none other, under the authority of the Word of God;  and that as free and independent souls, they have full power to travel, establish commerce, own property, worship and to do all other things which independent souls may of right do. 

For the support of this declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we the subscribers, do mutually pledge to each other, that we will, to the utmost of our power, at the risk of our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor, resist the hostile proceedings of all who try to coerce us into serving this tyranical system which seeks to enslave and destroy us all by stealing away the marvelous gifts of our most Holy God.  So help us God.

  1. The “Redeclaration of Independence” is a good step. I support it. However, I would respectfully suggest a bit of editing to correct spelling errors and improve the visual aspects of the presentation. This document has a very important potential that should not be marred by trifling oversights. Again, I commend the effort. Will a page be added to allow supporters to sign this “Redeclaration of Independence”? I would be happy to add my name to the roster, in Christ’s love as a “watchman on the wall”.

    Yes it is a work in process. I would like others to weigh in with their ideas. Yes, we are going to have a way for folks to “sign” the Redeclaration of Independence.

    The revised “REDECLARATION” is much improved. However, you still have spelling of “treacherous” wrong in item # 8, and in #15 (B) you should align the second line with the first for a nice visual columnar effect.

    I was a bit disappointed you did not incorporate my suggested language, but overall, I suppose it is not worth quibbling about. I just like to be very pointed and penetrating, and I think the issues of Truth, Justice, and Liberty for All could have been much more emphasized in view of our corrupt court system. You do know, don’t you, courts have ruled “the truth is no defense” and the media have no obligation to report truthfully?

    But I commend your good work, and while I would suppose you would want to recheck spellings and grammar one more time, I would cheerfully and wholeheartedly sign the “Redeclaraction”.

      Thank you brother David for your comments! I continue to covet them so please keep them coming. You are a wonderful soldier for our Lord and our country. It is far from done, much of the wording is still very rough but the general theme is starting to take shape. And yes spelling and typing certainly seem to be a problem for me :) . Let me explain where I am with some of your suggestions..some of the numbers might have changed:

      Suggestion: in article (3) you might note that legalized abortion denies the humanity of the unborn child in a manner similar to way africans were denied the status of humans to enslave them as chattel.

      Suggestion: in article (4) you might add “for corporatist empires.”
      yes that is certainly one of the beneficiaries but I don’t think it is the ultimate motiviation

      Suggestion: in article (5) you might add “speaking truth has been made a crime in corrupt courts.”
      we should want for all to have right to speak not just those speaking “truth”

      Suggestion: in article (8) you might add “Our Bill of Rights has not only been infringed, but completely abrogated and denied by such as the “Patriot Act”.
      I purposely tried to make all arguements based exclusively on the Bible and not on another man-made document. It is of course a good method to use against statists to show their hypocrisy

      Suggestion: in article (9) you might add “This is Treason!” at the end.
      each of those begin with “treacherously” which is close to same meaning

      Suggestion: in article (16) you might add at end “commensurate with our needs and abilities to accomodate them.”I dont think we could process them fast enough to even need to worry about such problems. As numbers increase the need for more people also increases. I think we could easily handle a billion plus (maybe 2 billion) in this country. Of course we need to remove our welfare state system and of course new citizens should not be able to vote for many years…until they understand our society.

      Suggestion: in article (18) you might add “exempting themselves from the laws they impose upon us.” or perhaps also “placing themselves above the the law with special privileges to privatize profit and levy liabilities upon us to socialize their debts!” I am trying to determine how to incorporate this – I tried to imply it by using the word “impunity” but maybe not strong enough.

      Suggestion: in article (19) you might add “bankrupted the nation for private gain through centralized fractional banking.”
      franctional banking is defintely a big one but there are others and they are bit complex, specific thoughts for this document

      Suggestion: in second paragraph from the end, you might change (and thereby abbreviate) to “We the People” and “people of God’s Kingdom” to be more proactively assertive in our identity and allegiance
      I don’t believe in dominion theology – kingdom now or reconstructionism and I certianly don’t want others thinking I do. Protestant and catholic theology has a very bad track record for murdering everyone who disagrees with them, especially baptists. We might live a little longer in a protestant or catholic society as we would in a sharia law society or purely secular society but not much. My model is Baptist societies.

      Suggestion: you might replace “rejoin” with “obtain” in 7th line from end

      don’t like the term laws of nature – nature’s law is survival of the fittest…if I can kill you and eat you then that is my right. I dislike the term “nature’s god” even more. There is only one God – this is a deist compromise.

      Suggestion: you might add “to speak the truth, act with justice, and exercise liberty.” after “souls may of right do.” in 5th line from the end of last paragraph
      people have a right to speak and act even outside of how we would define “truth”

      Suggestion: remove “And” from before “for the support” to make more emphatic with brevity, capitalizing the “F” in “for”
