Declaration to Restore the Constitutional Republic

A group touting the motto “the time for change has passed” has planned a peaceful protest on Veteran’s Day to demand the resignation of President Barack Obama and various members of his Administration.

The group, citing various assaults on the United States Constitution by Obama’s Administration, is calling for government officials, veterans and all citizens who desire freedom and liberty to join in their nationwide call to action. Among the key issues planned to be brought up in the protest is whether the President is even legally eligible to hold his position because of questions about his birthplace and his father’s.

A portion of the group’s 15 page Declaration to Restore the Constitutional Republic reads: “During the last three years, the current administration has committed the most egregious offenses against the people, the states and the Constitution, since the founding of our country and today, they operate as a virtual dictatorship, against the governed, beyond the scope and authority the people granted them in the Constitution and at odds with the will of the vast majority of American citizens.”
